I am pleased to announce the appointment of operations tech executive, Laurie Schrager, as Element’s first Chief Operating Officer.
In this new role, Laurie will oversee the operationalization of the company. She will be foundational in leading the implementation of organizational and financial procedures that are key for long-term growth and will help us better serve industrial enterprises around the world.
Element is experiencing hypergrowth as we emerge from the pandemic and companies are increasingly realizing why they need to unify their fragmented IT/OT data to enable cleaner and more profitable operations - and make a real-world impact.
Laurie brings over 20 years of operational experience and has led data-driven optimization efforts at growth-stage enterprise SaaS companies, including Tealium, MuleSoft, Limelight Networks to name a few.
She earned an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and an BA in economics and a BS in math/computer science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Laurie will be based in San Francisco and report into me as CEO.
