Ming Chow Joins Element’s Board of Directors
Element is pleased to announce that Ming Chow, Chief Operating Officer at Ajax Strategies, has joined Element’s board of directors. Ming replaces Veery Maxwell who has been an instrumental board member since the beginning.
Ming brings more than two decades of leadership and advisory experience to our board. She will be a strategic partner for us as we accelerate into this next stage of growth and help our customers achieve cleaner, safer, healthier and more profitable industrial operations using their IT/OT data.
She got her start in the financial/equities market during the dot-com boom at Lehman Brothers, Bank of America Securities and Blackrock, to name a few. Up until early 2021, Ming ran strategic operations at Lime and previously was head of trading and treasury at Sensato Investors.
In addition to her role as COO at Ajax Strategies, she serves on boards for several agtech companies, including Midwestern BioAG, a biological farming company dedicated to building more sustainable soils, Ripple Foods, a plant-based foods company, and Terramerra, a leading global agtech firm. She is an active investor and advisor to Particle. One, an AI-driven risk management company, and ESPT Ventures.
Ming graduated from MIT’s Sloan School with a Bachelor’s in Management Science.
While we welcome Ming to our board today, we would simultaneously like to thank Veery Maxwell for her time and dedication to Element all of these years. We wish you all the best in your role at Galvanize Climate Solutions!
